Here’s a super easy cocktail you can make anytime with just 2 ingredients. This one has been around for ages and is still one of my “go-to’s”. If you haven’t had one, you’re missing out.

No, this is not the trendy clothing company. It's a super simple cocktail you can enjoy on a hot summer day. Light and refreshing, much like my personality.
Ingredients
- 2oz of Scotch Whisky (try a fairly cheaper bottle so you don't water down the top shelf stuff)
- 5 - 6oz of soda water
Instructions
- mix ingredients and pour over ice.
- Do a little dance or mow the lawn (whatever floats your boat)
- Enjoy
